Inspection throughout our processes
Our screw jacks and bevel gearbox are totally designed and manufactured inside the company with high technology and CNC machinery. From material choosing to final outgoing inspection, quality control is carefully monitored. At our facility, the in-process checkup is an overall effort performed at each stage of the manufacturing.
A well-equipped workshop in China is here for conducting special tests according to international standards or specifications. Thereby, a high level of customer satisfaction cannot only be achieved but also be extended.
Best material for all parts
We use high-quality materials for all parts, which makes screw jack have a longer life and higher precision.
1)Input drive: worm gear, high-efficiency design, 9-4 or 10-1 copper. reduced axial backlash, with hardened and ground thread and shaft.
2) Acme screws: material: steel C45, subjected to straightening process to ensure the regular alignment in operation, max. pitch error ± 0.05 mm over 300 mm thread length.
3)Housing: monobloc housing designed for a more compact and robust shape, able to carry heavy loads and ensure a high precision level of machining. High resistance materials spheroidal graphite iron are used.
The accessories such as ball screw, bearing, oil seal, etc., all adopt well-known brands at home and abroad so that the service life of the parts is prolonged and not easy to be damaged. At the same time, all the parts are tested by the library before storage.
During assembly, the assembler checks the degree of meshing and quality of the housing, components, etc. to ensure smooth assembly. At the same time, after the assembly is completed, the test machine will be tested to ensure smooth operation of each device.
Finished parts undergo final inspection by our Quality System Manager or shipping personnel prior to any shipment. All parts are visually inspected and are carefully packaged and compactly packaged to ensure their safe arrival to our customers at minimum cost.
